I chose Karen as my REALTOR quite by accident.  While I was still attempting to sell my house myself, one of her clients who wanted to look at my house brought her along.  I wasn’t expecting a REALTOR to be accompanying the man, but Karen graciously got us over an awkward moment.  And, her client said she had once “saved his neck.”  That sounded good to me.

Karen has the experience (19 years), tact, and strategic thinking to resolve difficult situations. She doesn’t try to squeeze the last penny out of a sale.  My brother, who has been a broker in California for 40 years, agreed with every bit of her advice.  I would recommend her highly to anybody.
